Water, coconut milk, potatoes, tomato paste, extra virgin olive oil, champignon mushrooms, soy (soy, wheat), curry powder (turmeric, coriander, cumin, fenugreek, ginger, garlic, fennel, chilli pepper, bay leaf , cloves, cardamom) 2%, black summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vittadini) 2%, aroma, salt, onion, rice flour.

How to use

Stir-fry your choice of other ingredients (such as strips of chicken or meat, prawns, vegetables) in a large frying pan or wok until cooked through.
Pour the curry sauce over the cooked meat, fish or vegetables and return to a simmer. Cook for 1?2 minutes more. Add an extra splash of water if needed. Serve with freshly cooked rice or naan bread.
